Our Wedding

<p>Stefanie and Marc have embarked on a remarkable journey together, beginning with their online meeting and navigating through the challenges of the pandemic, adopting a puppy, and ultimately getting engaged. They first connected in August 2019, and Marc can provide a detailed timeline, as he has preserved all their text messages. It is inspiring to witness the growth and development of their relationship over the past five years. Many can recall numerous stories from their early days together. Their ability to face job changes, relocations, and various challenges is a true testament to their strength and dedication to one another. The proposal was particularly heartwarming, with Zac capturing the moment as Marc asked Stefanie to marry him. The phrase "Will you marry US?" resonates deeply, emphasizing the significance of their family, including Zac and Rip. What better test of their bond than welcoming a new puppy? This was just one of the many occasions where Zac and Stef collaborated, while Marc humorously accepted the situation. It is evident that Stefanie and Marc are destined for each other, and their love story serves as a reminder that even the most unexpected journeys can lead to profound happiness. We have truly complemented each other in numerous ways. We are thrilled that our "broken roads" have united us, and we eagerly anticipate our future together.</p>

Zac, the 11-year-old son of Marc, is an avid gaming enthusiast with a particular fondness for Mario Parties. He has a deep love for animals, especially his two furry companions, Mac and Rip. Zac enjoys exploring the city of Detroit, and his favorite musician is Eminem. He plays a significant role in the relationship between Stef and Marc, notably keeping the proposal a secret and serving as the videographer during the event. His excitement was truly endearing as he captured the moment on camera. Zac shares many physical and personality traits with Marc, yet he possesses his own intelligence and wit. He is quick to make a joke or call someone out, showcasing his playful nature. Zac holds a special place in Marc's life and will proudly stand as his best man.

Zacary Lundgren

Jenny has been a significant presence in my life (Stefanie) for as long as I can remember, and our friendship has only deepened over the years. She has been my closest friend since high school, although we have known each other since we were three years old, as our families were neighbors and shared similar interests in crafting. Since high school, Jenny has been my unwavering support, standing by me through various challenges, and together we have created countless cherished memories. Her loyalty is unmatched, which has posed some challenges with Marc. However, Jenny has come to appreciate Marc for his practical skills, as he is quite handy and helps with repairs. We share so many memories that it's difficult to pinpoint where to begin. There are moments when we can finish each other's thoughts. Despite the clowns to the left of us and jokers to the right  I am grateful to have you "stuck" in the middle with me.  Thank you for being there for me as my maid of honor on my special day!

Jenny Orzechowski

Matt is the eldest brother of Marc and has consistently supported him in all his endeavors. He prioritizes family above all else and is a wonderful uncle to his nephews and nieces. Marc truly cannot envision this day without Matt's presence alongside him.

Matt Lundgren

Caroline is the newest addition to Stefanie's family, having married her brother Christopher. She has brought so much joy and fulfillment to his life. With the arrival of their wonderful children, Harrison and Sophia, Caroline has made Chris a father and Stefanie a Titi. Her talent for creating stunning balloon arches and managing toy inventories is truly impressive. From the very beginning, Caroline has embraced us as part of her family, and I am thrilled to have her as a sister as we embark on our journey of marriage.

Caroline Habrowski

Chris is Stefanie's elder brother and the father of Sophia and Harrison. Their relationship has strengthened significantly, particularly following his marriage to Caroline and the arrival of his two lovely children. Stefanie makes it a priority to spend as much time as possible with them. Additionally, Stef and Marc enjoy competing against Chris in Mario Party whenever they have the chance to play online. Marc has also developed a camaraderie with Chris through the exchange of humorous photos of Stefanie napping, which she certainly does not appreciate. We are excited to have Chris as a groomsman in our wedding.

Christopher Habrowski

Stef has had the privilege of knowing her cousin Sarrah since her birth, and they have spent many years camping together throughout their childhood. Stef has seen Sarrah grow into an extraordinary and inspiring individual. She holds a Master's degree from EMU and is celebrated as an outstanding teacher. Furthermore, she was the first to bestow upon Stefanie the honor of being Godmother to Griffin Luke. Our families have shared countless adventures, and Zac and Griffin have developed a strong friendship. We are genuinely proud to have Sarrah with us as we celebrate our marriage. Thank you for your support!


Sarrah Hovis

Eric, the elder brother of Marc, is an exceptional father who has consistently gone above and beyond to support those in need. He is dedicated to his work and has served as a reliable source of wisdom and guidance throughout the years.


Eric Lundgren

Becki is Marc's favorite sister and acts as both a sibling and a close friend to us. She has a wealth of stories to tell and an exceptional skill for capturing selfies. From their first encounter, Becki and Stef formed a strong connection through their mutual appreciation for honesty. Becki's profound love for her family is clear, and we genuinely cherish the time spent with everyone. We are delighted to have Becki with us on this important occasion.

Becki Lundgren

Kevin is engaged to Becki, who is Marc’s sister. He has been a close friend of Marc since the very beginning. Kevin is an excellent father to their children and is always willing to offer assistance whenever needed. He and Stefanie share a unique bond through their experiences of living with a Lundgren. We eagerly look forward to having Kevin with us.

Kevin Turner

Lyra is the niece of Stefanie. Initially, it was anticipated that Lyra would serve as a flower girl, but time has passed quickly. She has grown into an impressive young woman who is set to begin her college journey this year. Stef recognized Lyra's exceptional qualities early on, noting that she was already more intelligent than her at the age of three, when she was translating books in Spanish. In 2017, Lyra and Stef shared a memorable experience as roommates in Spain, where Stef fondly recalls being reprimanded for being "too loud." Who would have imagined that so much joy could come from the ages of 10 and 37? We are truly thrilled to have Lyra as part of our special day!

Lyra Mejias Dinverno

Van is Stef's nephew and has held a cherished place in Tia Stef's heart since his early childhood. Camping together and attending Stef's first pagan festival were delightful experiences that highlighted his joyful spirit. Van is known for his cheerful demeanor, and despite appearances, those are indeed virgin margaritas he enjoys. He has a unique ability to connect with younger children, who are naturally drawn to him. Additionally, Van is passionate about theater, participating in numerous local productions within his community. His enthusiasm for football is evident as he frequently organizes games. We are excited to have Van by our side on our special day.

Van Dinverno

Titi's cherished goddaughter, the daughter of Chris and Caroline, is truly a remarkable little princess. Her radiant sparkle is sure to capture anyone's heart. She adores Moana and enjoys dressing up as various princesses. As the most adorable flower girl, I feel incredibly fortunate to have her grace our special day with her presence.


Sophia Habrowski

Titi Stef's charming nephew, the son of Chris and Caroline, brings joy to everyone around him. When asked about his favorite aspect of being a ring bearer, he enthusiastically responds with "nooshing"! He is an exceptionally handsome young boy with an infectious smile that lights up the room. It's hard to find anyone cuter than him! He shares a loving bond with his sister (most of the time) and has a keen interest in dinosaurs. We are thrilled to have him as part of our wedding party!


Harrison Habrowski

Colton is the nephew of Marc and has a strong affinity for the Buffalo Bills, surpassing his support for the Lions. It’s advisable to refrain from teasing him too much, as he is quick to respond in kind. He has three older siblings, which has made him adept at playful banter. Colton also enjoys horror films, and he quickly became friends with Stef due to their shared enthusiasm for Halloween. He and Zac, who are of the same age, spend considerable time together. We appreciate having him as a guardian of our cherished rings, but be cautious; he is not someone to be underestimated.


Colton Turner

Griffin holds the distinction of being the first individual to make Stef a godparent. He is the son of Sarrah and Rob Hovis, who is Stef's cousin. Reflecting on Griffin's journey, it is remarkable to note that he was the only baby Stef initially felt apprehensive about holding. Born before his baby shower, Griffin weighed just 3 lbs 11 oz and spent time in the NICU. However, he has swiftly overcome any challenges and has exceeded all growth percentiles from an early age. Griffin is an exceptional child who excels academically. Over the past five years, he has developed a friendship with Zac, guiding him through experiences at the Pinery, a place where Stef and Sarrah camped during their childhood. This marks Griffin's second time serving as ring security, having previously participated in the wedding of his Uncle Nick and Aunt Janine, making him quite experienced in this role.
